E-commerce Configurator™
The E-commerce configurator is our solution to extend your product offering to the end customer. It plugs in to your website and allows customers to complete needs analysis, receive product recommendations and configure options. The E-commerce configurator product uses all other Proconsa front office products, the data and information maintained in our back office solution ProBuilder. Based on the settings in ProBuilder, you can present different levels of product details depending on who the viewer is. The E-commerce configurator can pick up information from the person visiting your site and automatically forward it to an appropriate salesperson. The salesperson can then open up the exact configuration created by the customer and contact them for follow-up and closing the deal.

OEM Configurator™
The OEM solution is designed for extending your product information to a so called OEM customer. These customers usually have a standing contract with you and a pre-negotiated set of products and prices with a controlled set of allowable changes. The OEM customer uses this solution to configure and submit his orders directly to your production facilities. This reduces your administrative burden and ensures correct orders and pricing.

ProSales™
ProSales is our most popular product and has the widest categories of usage. ProSales is implemented for your own sales organization, dealers and distributors. It gives the user advanced capabilities in managing the sale of complex products to customers. It ensures that the right product at the right price can be offered and ordered quickly, by also allowing the salesperson to ensure that margins are maintained. The salespersons administrative work is substantially reduced and high quality personalized proposals are generated within minutes and orders submitted within seconds.

ProUsed™
ProUsed is a complement to ProSales and is used for advanced handling of used equipment. ProUsed ensures that all necessary information is gathered to enable a proper evaluation. It also helps the organization to manage ”over evaluation” on used equipment and creates the foundation to enable a fast resell of the equipment.

Order Entry Configurator™
Our order entry configuration product is targeted for the order entry desk. It allows a user to quickly enter multiple orders while ensuring they are correct. This is a good starting point for organizations who feel they are not ready to implement a ProSales solution within all or some of their sales channels. With the help of the Order entry Configurator it is also possible to create a paper based order sheets that can be submitted to the salespeople for use in contact with customers.

Factory Batch Configurator™
The batch validation product is used at the receiving end to check incoming orders and verify them before they go into production. This solution is intended for the organization that does not yet want to extend their solution into their market organizations. It is also an excellent supplement to a production planning system.
