2007-06-14 KALMAR INDUSTRIES IMPROVE SALES OF SERVICES WITH A SOLUTION FROM GUIDE KONSULT - PROCONSA
  Kalmar Industries, the worlds leading manufacturer of heavy forklift and container handling equipment, has chosen the Proconsa Application Suite as the preferred tool for improving sales revenue and sales processes for its service division, after an extensive selection process. The decision was made after Guide Proconsa had proven its ability by setting up a prototype model, exactly reflecting the needs and demonstrating the capabilities, in a very short time.

  Following an extensive selection process, Swecon Anläggningsmaskiner has chosen the Proconsa Application Suite as the preferred option for improving its sales processes. 2005-03-01 GUIDE ACQUIRES PROCONSA
  Guide has acquired all shares in system developer Proconsa AB.

Proconsa is a profitable product company headquartered in Lidköping. The company has 19 employees focused at developing configurator solutions for the manufacturing industry. After the acquisition the number of employees in the Guide group amount to 480. The acquisition will allow several synergies and a positive effect on the result.
2005-01-10 PROCONSA REPORTS STRONG ECONOMIC GROWTH DURING 2004
  Proconsa reports a turnover of 28 million SEK for 2004. This is an increase of turnover compared to 2003 of 70 %. The growth is a result of good licence sales and a high average occupation of consultants. Also the result of the year is good and will exceed the established goals.
2004-12-31 PROCONSA AND VOLVO IT ESTABLISHES JOINT COMPETENCE CENTER
  Proconsa and Volvo IT has established a stronger relationship through a joint competence centre. The aim is to better satisfy the Volvo group’s need of technological competence regarding system solutions for sales and order handling. Through the new co-operative structure a more efficient organization is created that may offer their joint customers a better and faster service.
2004-12-21 PROCONSA OFFERS ADVANCED BI FUNCTIONALITY ASSISTED BY ITERA
  The sales systems that Proconsa offers will now be complemented by advanced BI functionality through a co-operation with Itera Consulting Group. The Proconsa customers will be able to analyse the stock and content of quotations, which makes it possible to do more reliable forecasts and to get a better grip on businesses in pipeline.
2004-11-30 PROCONSA DEEPENS CO-OPERATION WITH INDIAN SPAN SYSTEMS
  After the successful development of a new module Proconsa deepens their co-operation with India. The company, with its 20 employees now contract for an indian development team of their own with SPAN systems to a fixed monthly fee. With this contract Proconsa increase their capacity, saves money and set resources free for customer operations.
2004-11-16 SVENSKA LANTMÄNNEN MASKIN UP AND RUNNING WITH NEW SYSTEM FROM PROCONSA
  Svenska Lantmännen Maskin has recently started running a new system from Proconsa for more efficient valuation and stock handling of trade-in objects. ProUsed was implemented in October and is runned by all salesmen in the machine sector of Lantmännen in sweden. The company has been running the Proconsa product for sales configuration, ProSales, since a while back and together the systems will combine to a substancially more efficient proposal- order process.
2004-08-30 ProUsed™ – MAKES THE HANDLING OF USED OBJECTS MORE EFFICIENT FOR SALES COMPANIES
  Proconsa will shortly release a new system for more efficient handling of used and stock objects. ProUsed™ is the first packaged software providing this type of functionality. The system is a plug-in module to the sales configurator from the same company and is used to facilitate the valuation of trade-in objects, decrease the time in inventory of stock objects and improve the margins for sales of used objects.
2004-01-12 MACHINIUM SIGNS AGREEMENT CONCERNING THE USE OF PROCONSAS SALES CONFIGURATOR.
  The finnish group Machinium has signed an agreement with Proconsa as the supplier of an interactive sales system for a more efficient product configuration- and quotation process. The system will be used by sales people in the Nordic and Baltic states to facilitate work and to secure an efficient communication between sales people and the customer.
2004-01-08 SVENSKA LANTMÄNNEN MASKIN SIGNS AGREEMENT FOR USE OF A SALES CONFIGURATOR FROM PROCONSA
  Svenska Lantmännen Maskin AB, the leading swedish supplier of agricultural machines has signed an agreement with Proconsa concerning the delivery of an interactive sales system in order to make the product configuration- and quotation process more efficient. The system will be used by sales people on the swedish market to facilitate their work and to secure efficient communication between sales people and the customer.

2003-07-01 PROCONSA CONTINUES TO REPORT SELF-FINANCED GROWTH AND A POSITIVE RESULT FOR 2002.
  Proconsa continued to grow organically during 2002. Investments have been made in the product portfolio and several new contracts have been signed on the new web based system. The first customers on the new system have also been put into operation during the year.

  Volvo Bussar Sverige (Volvo Bus Sweden) shows Proconsa continued confidence and replaces the current client server based solution for configuration and quotation handling with the new web based version of the same system. The system is planned to be up and running during spring 2003.

  The elevator and escalator company KONE invests in an interactive sales system from Proconsa to facilitate product and service configuration and the creation of correct proposals. The system will be implemented for the sales force of KONE Scandinavia and be in full use this summer.
2002-01-21 ATLET CHOOSES THE INTERACTIVE SALES SYSTEM PROCONSA APPLICATION SUITE FOR USE BY ORDERADMINISTRATORS
  A contract has been signed and implementation for Atlets order administrators worldwide of the web-based Proconsa solution has started. The system, which is aimed to secure the order quality, will be operational in the spring of 2002.
2002-01-21 AGREEMENT SIGNED BETWEEN PROCONSA AND VOLVO IT CONCERNING WEB BASED SALES SYSTEM FOR VOLVO TRUCKS
  VOLVO IT will work with Proconsa to deliver an interactive sales system to more than a 1000 users within the Volvo Truck dealer organization. The agreement is an upgrade of the existing Proconsa system being used worldwide. The new web based system will be implemented in Volvo Trucks organization during 2002 and will play an important part in the launch of the new truck program including the models Volvo FH and Volvo FM.
2002-01-12 PROCONSA UPGRADES SALES SYSTEM FOR KEY CUSTOMER
  Deal has been closed between Proconsa and Volvo IT concerning upgrade of Volvo Penta’s sales system to the web based version, ProSales 6.0 that was launched in January. The new system will be in use this spring.
